It was today, at the time of this writing, that I constable Danwick Hale and new watcher Himloch were returning from a routine patrol about the town of Bree. It was there at the gates that we witnessed the watch' new commander Brigwald Stoneheart, and First Watcher Nessya Cranford being harassed by an armored and helmed foreign man whom demanded to be let in to see a recently incarcerated prisoner. It was at this point the two of us were also joined by constable Makorl and we watched from the base of the stairs in case the man tried something rash. Despite Brigwald asking him to leave multiple times the man only grew further belligerent until the three of us were left with no choice but to detain the man who demanded to be placed in the same cell as the man he came to see.
With that he was placed in a cell with two other cell mates at the opposite side of the prison. The two cell mates began approaching the man, one placing a hand on his shoulder. He reacted violently and grabbed his cell mate by the arm, breaking said arm in the process. After that we immediately had the prisoner transferred to one of the solitary cells away from any other prisoners. Meanwhile outside I arrived just in time to witness Brigwald arguing with a crowd gathered at the gates just as they were dispersing at the order of what I only assume was the leader of the faction with which this prisoner was associated.
