Quiet

After the dancing, the day took a sour turn. A young halfling girl was very poorly, having gone into the Old Forest and been poisoned by some sort of plant. Then when it began to get dark, Mr Fiontann said that she, Carmillia and the mean looking girl who had attacked a hobbit - Cat was too scared of her to ask her name - would be sharing a room. An argument ensued and Cat tried to keep up with it, but then Carmillia started acting creepily at the idea that she and Cat would be sharing a room, at least that's what Cat thought, and the mean girl was outright refusing to sleep in a room with them both. Cat felt very overwhelmed by that and walked off, deciding to sleep outside. But Carmillia followed her and said that she wouldn't let her sleep outside. Cat lied to her and said she'd just go for a walk and then come back to the room, which made Carmillia leave her alone.

Cat found a small ruin with a grassy patch. She sat out on the edge, watching the river illuminated in the night by a small ferry. It was quiet and peaceful. Cat liked that. Eventually, when her eyes began to feel heavy, she moves over to the grassy patch, which was very soft and mossy, making it quite comfortable, and fell asleep.
