Stands at a somewhat average height of 5 foot 4 inches tall

Brown hair and silverish-green eyes lead to a freckled, rather youthful face.

Athletic, rather muscled build hints at long days of training with two-handed weapons.

Has two scars on her abdomen: one just below her liver, the other about five inches long going across her ribs.

Wears an heirloom necklace: a simple bronze chain with a single opal, and three silver rings on it. Two of these rings are simple, silver bands, while the third has a sapphire on it. One each of the simple silver bands rest on each side of the opal, the sapphire-adorned ring resting on the right side. Each ring represents the generation(s) it passes through.

Will almost always be in armor or a tunic/trousers combo.

Background

Erimyl Burwood grew up on a small farm about ten minutes south of the West Gate of Bree, so she has lived in Bree-land her whole life.

Her favorite memory occurs when she was seven; two of her aunts and one of her uncles had come to visit, and she was outside playing. She went into an imaginary battle against orcs, at which she picked up her father's wood-cutting axe and started to swing it around like it was weightless. She ended up winning that imaginary battle... only to hear the door slam. She found out that her aunts had come outside for some reason and saw her swinging the wood-cutting axe about, and had ran back inside to tell her mother and father about what had happened. For three years, her father never stopped reminding her to stay away from said axe when company was over... she didn't understand why until she was ten years old.

Three years later, at age thirteen, her father, Richard Burwood, died when wolves attacked him while at work (he was a woodworker). Her mother, Carolyn Burwood, left for Rohan when she was fifteen, leaving Erimyl alone in Bree. At sixteen, she had to leave her house, due to inability to make payments on it from not having a job. She packed what she could and left that house, going to Beggars Alley in Bree for another year... selling what possessions she had that she packed, which included her father's wood-cutting axe.

At age nineteen, she received one last letter from her mother--whom had made it to Rohan by that point--and hadn't heard from her since. She found out through someone that her mother passed due to illness... and received her mother's necklace (a bronze chain with a single opal, and two silver rings--one on each side of the opal).

At her current age, twenty-three, she joined the Watch--only to resign very shortly after learning of her mother's passing. Since then, she has been somewhat of a hired bodyguard. She has been married, but now she is divorced, and yes... it was not a happy ending to the marriage at all. And, only a few short days after the divorce, her daughter Violet came into the world...

A long list of things has since come to pass, most of which have held good things for her... Violet beginning to walk and talk, most notably.
