| Outward Appearance | Rathvarr's most identifying features are his build. Tall as a mountain of a man and shoulders are broad as a mountain range. His hands often compared to shovels are coated in thick black hair, likewise the rest of his body. Atop his furrowed crown, his black hair is swept back and rests near his shoulders. The hair near his temples have lost their original hue, fading to grey. His eyes are a piercing icy blue which paired with thick scowling eyebrows make for an uneasy visage. His mouth is buried beneath a pronounced moustache. His cheeks and chin are rough with stubble and often can grow into a shorter form of beard if Rathvarr doesn't give it due attention. |

Background
Rathvarr was born to the people whom followed Beorn as their chieftain, the Beornings. His father called Grimbeorn his Chief and now Rathvarr follows in his father's footsteps. In his younger days, Rathvarr crossed the Misty Mountains on occasion as adventure appeals to youth. Recent years have held bold tidings for the folk of the Vale and now Rathvarr is reluctant to tread too far from the banks of the Anduin and his kin.
Soon, Rathvarr shall wander no longer and settle down to aid his family with the duties at home, having prolonged them for too long. Yet his efforts to enforce peace from the Carrock to the High Pass demand much of his time still and as such he still has some measure of freedom..for as long as there is darkness within Middle Earth.
