In front of the Bree Townhall, a metal cage would be held up in the air by a wooden beam, guarded by at least two armed watchers at all times. Squeezed inside is a rough, battered and bearish looking man, seemingly a Dunlending. Nailed against the beam would be the following notice:

 

Let this be an example to all who seek to bring harm to Bree and its people!

 

This man has been found guilty of at least one case of murder, attempted murder, assault on several watchers and, lastly, of aiding the so called "Network" with destroying incriminating evidence against them. He shall henceforth be hanging here until he meets his final punishment!

As a result of his actions, he was executed in Beggars Alley by a single man, and his head delivered to the jail. I advise all take this as the warning that it is, that those who would look to oppose the Network will suffer and fail. Attention to those who wish to travel to Buckland!

A Warning to those of Buckland.
Recently a strange hooded figure has been seen wandering near the Old Forest tunnel. 
The Buckland Guard has sharpened the watch around the tunnel!
Citizens of Buckland are advised not to head out into the Old Forrest. 
If one would need to do so, they are advised to not travel beyond the Bonfire Glade.
The figure most often appears around dusk and disappears into the Old Forest at night. 
He is known to be armed and because of such is not to be approached alone!

Anyone with knowledge on this strange man is asked to report to the Watch of Buckland as soon as possible. 
Remember to keep an eye out within Buckland itself as well, as we fear he might have come to bring us harm!
