Dwarves needed for an envoy

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

A neatly geared traveler from Bree pinned a short notice to the board at Thorin's Hall. The message was soliciting Longbeards for a journey with supposedly a noble cause.

There were many dwarves around, which gave Freddie confidence in finding the right candidates for their trip. Next stop for her would be the tavern - it was time to sample the local brews that Svaroh recommended!

Fornost Erain

After Annúminas was abandoned, Fornost Erain became the capital of Arnor and then Arthedain after the split. The name itself means "Northern Fortress of the Kings." It was destroyed in 1974 of the Third Age during the war against Angmar, leaving the city a mass ruin. In the language of men it was known as Norbury with the nickname Deadman's Dike as it was believed to be haunted and avoided at all costs. Only the Rangers of the North were ever seen entering the city and none knew of what they did within.

The Shadow Walkers: The Way Back Home

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

And thus the last (or maybe not?) journey of the Shadow Walkers began. With Sauron gone, it was like a weight was lifted from their souls. The journey was long but certainly fun in a way and sad in another.

They passed through Gondor, stopping in Bar Hurin, Arnach, Pelargir, Linhir and Lamedon, and they eventually went through the former Paths of the Dead. None of them ever feared this place, whatsoever. In Rohan, they made fewer stops, and they typically stayed in the wild, except that one time they went to an inn in one of the towns and drank some mead together.

On the Warpath

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

The others do not know why I went to the North-Downs.
They think I went scouting, my kinsmen think I went to rally them and warn them. But my main focus laid upon the enemies that dwell there.
I went to the North on a warpath......

For those whom travel there now this may be a gruesome time. In the woods and sometimes along the roads one may find a corpse or two. Brigands an orcs struck by sword or arrow. Dozens around the lands of the North Downs. From the fields of Fornost to the woods of the Meluinen one may find the corpses.

The Shadow Walkers: The Trestlebridge

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

She spent the night in Nellie's house at least being glad that she had survived the orc-assault. Katrandil spent the morning in her room, feeling a bit broken and guilty. What if she had been here during the attack? Would it help? Anyway, she decided to move on. The woman thanked Nellie for the room then left the house.

Scouting

Back in the lands that he knows like no other, Atharan rode out on an unfamiliar steed toward the northern end of the great lake of Nen Harn. The road is often used by orc messengers to move send information from Dol Dínen to Ost Alagos in the weather hills.
Nothing to rare has occurred so far. Perhaps it will be a calm night after all.
Better stay wary though. You never know for certain with orcs.
