Story

A rather large mace was the last thing he took up, Hilfar was packed and ready. A laden pony full of wares was waiting at the stables of Thorins hall. Hilfar decided to wear some chainmail for this journey and brought a metal shield, slightly bigger than a buckler, and a rather heavy bronze mace. He met his father before the gate armed with a crossbow and a sword. One last smoke as the sun slowly rises above the mountain peaks.

So the group left immediately feeling a little bit safer in the company of Holgar. They were silent as they carefully watched their surroundings. The port of Kheledul drew closer with every step. We halted as Holgar wanted to look further down the road, all seemed clear so far. The headed further till they reached a few large boulders.

Hilfar was supposed to help his father today in the mines. He packed his backpack and mining pick for a hard day work in the mines of the blue mountains. In the central hall he met his father Ullfar who was already waiting for him. They made themselves ready to leave until they met an old friend, master Barkgrim. They exchanged pleasant idle chatter and wished master Barkgrim good fortune with his new found regiment.

Dirt, the digging wonder

Ullfar brought a tame Cave claw he received from uncle Bregnar. It seems to have a nose for buried gems and gold. The cave claw ain't a pretty sight, but Ullfar was sure that this critter he called 'Dirt' will be a great help in the mines.

Consulting a tinker

What kind of Adventure is this?: 
Story

A long corridor dark, nearly unlit. Hilfar took a right and a left and another right. He passed a grand metal door and a dark tunnel followed. The tunnel branched into five other directions, Hilfar took the fourth tunnel and passed another great metal door. After another long dark tunnel he nearly reached one of the tinkers halls. He entered a large room with a rather high ceiling, sturdy stone pillars gave the room a cold and clean feeling. The cool mountain air filled the room.

What kind of Adventure is this?: 
Story

In his youth Hilfar was often found alongside his father digging in the deep tunnels of the mines of Ered Luin. There was that particular day that ended in an unexpected confrontation. A party of a dozen miners were cutting their way through the hard rocks, searching for ores and gems. Among the mining group were Hilfar and his father Ullfar and also his uncle Bregnar.
